Truffles Round 3

And the last set of truffles for today, Red Velvet Cake Truffles...



Same process as the Carrot Cake Truffles:




Bake a Red Velvet Cake (mine was homemade, box mix will work too)



Turn it into crumbs (I used a food processor).



Add 1/2 a can of cream cheese frosting, melted.



Mix well.



Form into balls.



Freeze them.



Eventually I will dip them in white chocolate and post a picture of the finished truffles :)

And as promised...
 I melted white chocolate chips, and added a few drops of cheesecake "flavoring", and got my red sugar crystals ready.

THERE YOU GO...DONE :)

And they are going back into the freezer for about a week.
