Peanutty Noodles

Tonight's supper was an experiment :)  A new recipe, with a few modifications (AKA -\Christy didn't have the right stuff)  I am pleased to say, though, that the end result was beautiful and quite tasty.

Notes about this recipe...FRESH ginger would be WAY better, and NEED to find the Chili-Garlic Sauce...
