Same process as the Carrot Cake Truffles:
Bake a Red Velvet Cake (mine was homemade, box mix will work too)
Turn it into crumbs (I used a food processor).
Add 1/2 a can of cream cheese frosting, melted.
Mix well.
Form into balls.
Freeze them.
Eventually I will dip them in white chocolate and post a picture of the finished truffles :)
